Terms & Conditions

Bookings can not be confirmed until we have received your 20% deposit, The outstanding amount is due no later than 14 days prior to you event.

Framework / hired equipment requires a deposit which will be returned to you, as soon as our goods are returned within 6 days.

We can collect at a £10.00 cost (cost dependant on venue location) this must be arranged prior to your event.

The framework/ hired equipment must be in the same state as installed, if they are damaged or not returned we will Process your payment.

In the unlikely event of a cancellation the deposit is non-returnable and any outstanding balance will be paid back to you if it has been cancelled 100 days before your event.

• 90 days to your event 20% of the outstanding amount will be due by you
• 60 days to your event 50% of the outstanding amount will be due by you
• 30 days to your event 100% of the outstanding amount will be due by you
